Royal Caribbean has unveiled plans for Icon of the Seas II, scheduled for its maiden voyage in December 2027. The ship builds on the success of its predecessor with expanded family entertainment zones including a three-story indoor water park, a zero-gravity simulation arena, and an interactive marine biology experience center.

At 250,800 gross tons, the vessel will accommodate 7,600 guests and feature 20 distinct neighborhoods spread across 18 decks. New dining concepts include a farm-to-table restaurant with produce grown in an onboard hydroponic garden and a Korean barbecue venue with ocean views.

Bookings open June 2026, with inaugural season itineraries covering Eastern and Western Caribbean routes departing from Miami. Early booking incentives include up to $500 in onboard credit and complimentary Wi-Fi for suite guests.
