Southwest Airlines has launched its biggest summer sale of the year, with one-way fares starting at just $49 for travel between May 15 and September 10, 2026. The sale covers 80 domestic destinations and includes popular routes to Hawaii starting at $99 one way.
Standout deals include $49 fares on routes between major Texas cities, $69 fares from Chicago to Nashville and Denver, and $79 fares from multiple cities to popular Florida beach destinations. All fares include two free checked bags, a signature Southwest benefit.
The sale ends April 22, and the best fares are available on Tuesday and Wednesday travel days. Southwest's flexible booking policy allows free changes and cancellations, making it easy to lock in low fares without risk.
